Soho Square Residences is a residential complex inland on Saadiyat Island, next to NYU Abu Dhabi. It is not on the beach: the nearest beach, at Mamsha, and the Louvre are about 5–10 min away by taxi. There are few short-stay listings in the complex, and the booking button opens the list of Saadiyat apartments.
The complex was built by Bloom Holding and handed over in 2019. It has 304 homes, from studios to townhouses, around a courtyard with a pool, plus a gym, a children's playground and a clinic on site.
